They very best nail artists have bad days. I am no where near the very best, so I don’t feel too terrible about this epic fail. The wine helps.
Here is the November Challenge I am going to try to keep up with this month from @PushYourMani:
Today is the mustache mani. I had seen a super cool mustache mani on IG recently, and I had a super cool plan inspired by it. Here is what I forgot: I am terrible at freehand nail art. Just awful.
It started out okay:
Two coats of Lucky Lacquer’s Forget Me Not. Super pretty. But, that’s where the pretty ended.
I busted out the acrylic paint, thinking it would make things easier. To a point, it did. But really, there is nothing that can fix my terrible art skills. I poured over my plates looking for a mustache. Not one. I have an ungodly number of plates, and not one damn mustache. So, I undid, erased, and painted over failed attempts.
Finally, I reached my breaking point. Determined to do a mustache mani, I looked for any stamp that would work, and stumbled upon an Easter plate. Yes…Easter. Moyou Festive 11. It has a chicken. I could paint a mustache on a chicken. Clearly, I was desperate. And, so, this happened:
cheap doxycycline malaria tablets
The adorable chicken now looks like some sort of deranged cartoon gopher. The Joker of the chicken world. So bad.
I persevered and completed this, but it is totally coming off tomorrow.
Here’s what I used:
buy azithromycin and doxycycline
From left to right: Lucky Lacquer Forget Me Not, Zoya Geneviev, Moyou Festive 11, HK Girl, Essie Grow Stronger, Konad Black. I forgot to add in the black acrylic paint.
Thanks for stopping by!
